Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States.

What is your return policy?
No one wants to need a return, but things can happen. For physical products, contact us within 30 days delivery through the email you received when the product was delivered. A refund or replacement can usually be arranged:

  • If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error. Provide a clear photo of the damage/error, including the design and size tag, if applicable.
  • If a product sustained delivery-related damage. Provide a clear photo of the damaged product and the delivery packaging.
  • If the wrong product was received. Provide a clear photo of the product, including the design and size tag, if applicable.

For digital downloads, due to their digital nature, these are not returnable.

Do you print items yourself?
As a one-person design shop, I use a print-on-demand partner for printing. This is a model where products are printed and shipped once they are ordered instead of printed and placed in storage until an order is placed. This reduces potential waste and avoids consuming resources related to storage and logistics.

Do you have physical stores?
Pic Your Brains is an online only store. There are no physical stores.

Can I request a product?
You bet. A lot of the products you see grew out of a desire to make cool visual stuff for my own family. Hopefully, I can do the same for yours. Send any ideas/requests to contact@picyourbrains.com

Are any of your designs created with AI?
No. Besides the legal issues with AI-generated artwork being far from settled, human intelligence still has the edge over artificial intelligence.
