Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the United States.

What is your return policy?
Physical products: Since our physical products are print-on-demand, returns are not accepted. A refund or replacement can be arranged in the following cases:

  • If a product is damaged or has a manufacturing error. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the email you received when the product was delivered. You’ll need to provide a clear photo of the damage/error, including the design and size tag, if applicable.
  • If a product sustained delivery-related damage. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the email you received when the product was delivered. You’ll need to provide a clear photo of the damaged product and the delivery packaging.
  • If the wrong product was received. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through the email you received when the product was delivered. You’ll need to provide a clear photo of the product, including the design and size tag, if applicable.

Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital downloads, these products are not returnable.

What is “print-on-demand”?
Print-on-demand (sometimes abbreviated POD) is a model where products are printed and shipped once they are ordered instead of printed and placed in storage until an order is placed. This reduces potential waste and avoids consuming resources related to storage and logistics.

Do you have physical stores?
Pic Your Brains is an online only store. There are no physical stores.

Can I request a product?
You bet. A lot of the products you see grew out of a desire to make cool visual stuff for my own family for teaching, but also for fun. Hopefully, I can do the same for yours. Send any ideas/requests to contact@picyourbrains.com
